1. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT - cash, debit or credit cards.  NO refunds will be given – only student credits will be applied to your account.
2. PAYMENT FOR ALL CLASSES - must be made BEFORE the class is set to begin.  Please arrive 15-30 minutes before class in order to get yourself prepared.
3. ALL NEW STUDENTS MUST ATTEND THE TUESDAY 7 PM BASIC BEGINNER CLASS - regardless of previous dance experience.  Instructors must asses you in order to place you in the proper class level.
4. NO STUDENT WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER ANY CLASS PAST THE 15 MINUTE LATE MARK – If you are late to class by 15 minutes or more, the instructors and staff reserve the right to decline your participation in the class.
5. SELF GRADUATION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED – You may only enter a higher level class with the expressed permission of the instructor.  Should you feel you are ready to take the next level course, please speak to an instructor first.
6. ABSOLUTELY NO VIDEO RECORDING WHILE CLASS IS IN SESSION – Out of respect for your fellow members that do not wish to be recorded, please wait until the end of the class to record.  In addition, you must have participated in the class in order to be eligible to record – no spectator recording.
7. NO CELL PHONE USE DURING CLASS – we request that all mobile devices be put on silent or vibration mode while you are in the school.  If you must answer or make a phone call, please briefly step out of the class. 
8. A COMPLIMENTARY CLASS IS GIVEN FOR EVERY NEW STUDENT REFERAL – receive a free class for every new student you bring to our school.  Complimentary classes expire four (4) weeks from the date received.
9. ALL CLASS CARD PACKAGES – are non-refundable and non-transferable.
10. PROPER CLASS ATTIRE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS – Instructors and staff reserves the right to decline your participation in the class if you are not properly dressed.  Please read below for more information.  
11. INCLEMENT WEATHER -- In cases when the weather is bad, please check our website and your email messages before leaving, as we  send out email alerts regarding school cancellations and closings approximately two (2) hours or more before scheduled classes or events are set to begin.  If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at: info@cachedancestudios.com and you will receive an immediate response.
